How you shop

Find what you are looking for

There are several ways to find the article you are looking for:

  • You can click through our product navigation.
  • You can use our "Quick border" function in the menu if you already know the article number of the goods you want to order.
  • You can use our search function. Type your search term in the field and then click "Search". More information on how to search can be found in the Help under "Search Tips".

Once you have found the item you are interested in, click the "Buy" or "Select" button. The "Select" button appears in cases where you have to make another choice, for example choosing a size or color.

The shopping cart

By clicking "Buy" the article is added to your shopping cart. In the shopping cart you see the number of items and your order total.

By clicking on the "Checkout" button, you will be taken to the checkout, where you can also change the content of your order.

You can also save your shopping cart to a favorites list on this page. You can then pick it up at a later time.

To the checkout

When you have finished shopping, click on "Checkout" in the shopping cart. When you get to the checkout (and you haven't already logged in), you must choose to log in or register.

If you want to change the number of articles, you can do this. You can also delete articles. Please check that your address and the contents of your order are correct before completing your order.

If you are already a customer with us, log in with your username and password.

If you have not shopped with us before, register as a new customer. Start by selecting new "private customer" or "business customer" and then fill in the following information needed to become a customer with us.

You choose a username and password yourself. Note that the username must be unique just for you. If the username is already registered with us, our system asks you to choose a new one. When choosing a username, consider the following:

  • choose characters a - z, A - Z, 0 - 9
  • do not use spaces
  • In the password, lowercase and CAPITAL characters are counted as different, "annikas" and "AnnikaS" are thus two different usernames.

If you need to change your customer details at a later time, you can do this under "My account" after you have logged in.

Confirm order

When all the information on the checkout page is correct, select the delivery and payment method. Fill in any additional information you want to share with us and then click "Finish Purchase".

Payment is made via the methods shown on the checkout page.

If you choose card payment, you will be taken to a page where you will be asked to fill in information about the card number and owner, etc. Click on "Pay" and the request will be forwarded to the bank for verification of the transaction. If the transaction is approved, you will be forwarded to the receipt page. If the transaction is not accepted, you will be returned to the previous page where an error message will appear. Here is a link back to the order page. Back on the order page, you can choose another payment method.

When you receive the receipt, you know that we have received your order. At the same time as you get to see the receipt, we send an email to the email address you provided during registration where we confirm that we have received your order.

Please print the receipt that appears on the screen and save it.

Unless otherwise stated, the products are delivered immediately from our warehouse.

Order history

You can see your previous orders under "My account". If you click on an order, more detailed information is displayed, as well as all order lines. You can copy an order and have it as a basis when you want to shop again. If you click on the article code, deliveries made are shown. In the order overview, you can see and click on a small symbol on the right if a package is trackable via our tracking function.
